This Man Saved A Kitten In Need And Becomes A Local Hero

 What would you risk to save an animal? If ever you discovered that an animal was in need of help or in danger, what are the lengths you are willing to go to in order to save it? Well, this man here is a true hero who did whatever he could to save a little kitten that was trapped inside a storm drain. After finding about the little cat in distress, he knew he had to be quick. He is an Israeli man who did not even  make a second guess to save the kitten. What he did for the cat is something only a selfless person could do.

Animal Rescuer

For most animal lovers, saving a helpless animal in any way they can is not something out of the ordinary. Some people would do anything for animals. If you own a pet, you would go all out for its safety and health, wouldn’t you? So who is the man that managed to save the kitten from the storm drain? His name is Avi Kuzi. He is from Israel and is popular for saving several animals in need of help. His love and passion for animals has enabled him to save countless animals in the span of his whole career.

Heroic Action

Avi is always alert and open to saving animals that may need his help. He is always on the lookout for animals that might need a knight in shining armor. So a day came when Avi found himself in a very serious circumstance. There was news of a kitten getting stuck in a storm drain that would eventually drown if no one was going to come to the rescue. He knew then and there that he would have to get into action as soon as possible. But one has to ask, how did the little cat get stuck there in the first place?

Stray Kitten

It is common for stray animals to find whatever substitute they can for a home. So there was one particularly tiny stray kitten that was looking for a way to escape the unforgiving streets. The stray cat wanted to stay away from the torturous streets because there were too many threats and danger out there. So the little kitten snooped around and finally rested in a car engine that had been parked in a public parking lot. There was nothing to worry about until the driver returned to drive the car…

The Car

So the kitten was resting freely with not a care in the world. But soon, the driver came back to to the vehicle and turned on the engine of the car. So obviously the poor cat was going to get frightened and scared. The stray kitty was startled and instantly jumped out. The amount of horror and fear the poor cat must be going through is something we can only imagine. But then, something even more surprising took place right after the cat jumped off the car.

Falling

You would think that fate would be kinder and just let the little kitten free but no, that was not the case at all. As soon as the kitten jumped off, it must have thought that it was just going to have to search once again for a place to call home. But as we all know, things do not always go as planned and we are never in control of what happens to us. So the kitty could not do whatever it pleased after escaping the scorching car engine. Unfortunately, it fell into a storm drain…

Stuck

We all have heard about bad news coming in three’s right? So this cat here found itself in a complete slump after managing to escape the wrath of the car engine. The poor kitten did not just fall into the storm drain but was also stuck. It could not help itself or try to escape. There was absolutely no chance of the cat ever getting out on its own from the dark storm drain. Imagine the trauma it must be going through during that time because if it were to rain, the kitten would surely drown.

Word of Mouth

The driver of the car got out of the car and discovered the pitiful state the poor kitten was in. The people in the streets were also aware of the fact that the cat had fallen into the drain. So people began to spread the word about the poor kitten falling into the drain after jumping out of a car engine. They could hear the kitten’s meows and it sounded as though it was calling out for help. Avi then heard about this news and did not waste a minute to come in aid of the kitten.

Always Alert

As soon as Avi heard about the news of the stray cat trapped inside of a storm drain, he did not hesitate to try and help the cat. “I always there, to help the animals, no matter how hard it can be,” Avi reveals when news reporters ask ed about the reason behind him always going in for the rescue of animals in need. Avi’s dedication is truly commendable because he is not only saving these animals but at times even risking his own safety as his tasks are sometimes life-threatening too.

Brave Efforts

Avi already has a reputation for being a lifesaver of animals. He has actually saved thousands of animals in his lifetime and had done whatever he can to always lend a helping hand to any animal that needs his help. “It’s not just a love for the animals,” he explains, “It’s far more than that. They are part of my blood.” He must really adore these animals because even though some of us claim to love animals, who can say they have actually gone out of their ways to try and save them?

Jumping In

When Avi reached the site where the kitten had fallen into the drain, there was crowd hovering around the drain. He was scanning the area looking for ways to get to the poor kitty. So in the end, Avi did not have a choice but to go down the storm drain and get the kitten out of the dark and scary place. He spent a few minutes trying to locate where the kitten was exactly but found it eventually. He then picked the little cat up with his bare hands and started his way out…

Coming Out

Was he going to make it? Did anything else happen to Avi and the little cat that fell into the drain? Well, since Avi has had a few experiences in rescuing animals, he did not disappoint. As soon as he lay hand on the kitten, he grabbed it tight and made his way out of the drain. It was quite a deep drain so everyone had to wait for a while. Then Avi heroically held the cat with one hand as he made his way out of the entrance. The mission of saving the helpless cat proved to be a success.

A Kiss

Avi was very affectionate to the kitten that had just gone through a very scary ordeal. After successfully getting the kitten out of the drain, Avi holds it with one hand and gives it a light peck on the head when they reach the entrance of the drain. Avi reassured everyone that the kitten was now in safe hands, that there was nothing to worry about anymore. Avi’s heroic act is something worth mentioning but there is someone as helpful as him, who happened to save another cat in distress.

Jack

No, this cat is not closing his eyes. In fact, Jack Tripper is a kitten that was born with no eyes at all. Have you ever seen a cat without eyes? Did you think an eyeless cat could manage to look so adorable too? We certainly did not expect a cat with this kind of disability to be so lovely. This was born with this setback and has struggled with coping with his handicapped features his whole life. However, this cat had been extremely lucky. But how can a blind cat be called ‘lucky’, right?

Other Cats

This cat has had a lot of friends to spend his days with. Jack has been raised in a home where he has a lot of different animals to make friends with. He has never been a stranger to the smell and treatment of different kinds of animals ever since he was little. He lives in a barn where all of the animals living with him, love and adore him so much. But who would ever want to adopt a blind cat right? If you wanted a pet for yourself why would you want a handicapped done right?

Worried

Even the people working at the barn grew a little concerned. It was scary enough to give away the other normal animals to strangers but giving away the friendly blind cat to just a random person was something they did not want to do. A day came when someone called Amy received an email from her friend who wrote, “Do you still want one of the kittens? There’s one here with no eyes and no one can take him.” How do you think she reacted?

Couldn’t Resist

Amy knew right then and there that there was no doubt she would absolutely cherish the little kitten. When the time came for them to meet, Amy gave the blind cat a name. She decided to call him Jack Tripper because of her love for old TV sitcoms. “I’m a huge fan of old TV shows and thought Jack Tripper was a good name for a kitten who couldn’t see,” Amy revealed. She was not even phased by the fact that Jack is blind She saw the cat as any other cat and she did not let his blindness become a negative factor.

Cautious

So since Amy loved the cat so much right from the first time she met him, the people working at the barn did not hesitate to let her keep him. “When we first brought him home Jack stayed mostly in my room. He walked cautiously around, sniffing everything,” she explains, talking about the time she finally brought little Jack into her home. As time went on, Jack grew a little more comfortable and all this started to change gradually. He was beginning to become a lot more settled.

No Issues

Amy was happy that Jack did not take to long to warm up to his new forever home. “After about a day he had no issues running around, jumping onto my bed and climbing on everything. It wasn’t long before he mastered the rest of the house, either,” Amy mentions, when Jack began to show that he was not timid anymore in his new place. Amy had also stated that adopting Jack was the best decision and that she loves the cute blind cat more than she ever thought possible.

An Inspiration

Amy also describes just how positive Jack is and that she is also learning a lot from him. “Jack is truly an inspiration. I’ve owned a lot of kittens in my life, but Jack is the happiest, most playful of them all. He doesn’t feel sorry for himself. “Heck, for all he knows, all cats are just like him,” she says, revealing how Jack does not even realize he has a disability. If we could all be like him and not focus on our flaws, the world would definitely be a better place.

Rescue Stories

When we hear about all these people who are so open and willing to give a second chance at life to these animals in need, it warms our hearts. From saving a little kitten in danger of drowning to adopting a cat that would otherwise never find a family, these people are true heroes who must not remain unnoticed.
